Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Clinic Administrator I \(Full Time, Day Shift\) to work in Rheumatology, Infusion and Bone Health at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA\.
The Clinic Administrator I provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost\-effective and quality operations of the clinic\.
In this position you will:
Work closely with the Director of Operations and the Clinic Medical Director\(s\) to ensure that expectations of the patients and providers are met\.
Oversee the daily operations of the support staff in the clinic, including access, scheduling, patient flow, telephones, information systems, medical records and patient care to ensure maximum service to patients\.
Develop and maintain an effective organizational structure to facilitate clinic goals; manage recruitment, retention, training, compensation, and performance management of all clinic support staff\.
Analyze monthly operational reports and statistical data on patient levels and revenues\. Recommend and implement process improvement plans to address areas of deficiency\.
Develop, monitor and adhere to annual clinic operating budget including projecting patient levels, revenue, technical and professional fees, equipment expenditures, staff and employee growth and space needs\. Research and analyze costs and fees\.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Associates degree in health\-related field or business required plus minimum of 1 year of experience inhealthcare management, physician practice management and/or clinical operations; alternatively, may be agraduate of SMG's Administrative Trainee program; OR
3 years equivalent work experience which includes management experience
Demonstrated progression into increasingly responsible leadership/management roles
