The VP of Talent Management is responsible for directing all of the people functions of the organization. This includes designing and directing forward thinking, strategic Human Resources(HR) functions that align with the mission ,vision and values of Integrace.
This executive leader will be responsible for building strong partnerships across the organization to strategically develop our colleagues. Develop and lead a team of human resources professionals with a goal of earning a high degree of credibility as an effective and responsive internal consulting group with the ability to balance the short--term and long term objective of the organization.
The primary goals and objectives will be to continually evaluate the human resource structure and processes for improvement opportunities. The Vice President will concentrate on talent management and organizational development of existing colleagues and identify and recruit new talent.
Participates in the development of the organization’s plans and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people and culture.
Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans
Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items affect the attraction, development and retention of the colleagues of Integrace
Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility.
Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs
Develops human resources planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps. Areas of activity will include talent management through proper succession planning programs for key contributors and management positions, training and development programs for preparing colleagues for more significant responsibilities. Aligns performance management , mentoring and coaching with the values of the organization.
Manage the Human Resources policies and programs, systems and practices in the areas of Recruitment, Compensation , Benefits, Training ,Organizational Development ,and Colleague relations so they are aligned with the vision and values of Integrace
Manages the budget and other financial measures of the department
Develop a strong orientation program for all colleagues so they have a solid understanding of the organization its culture and our business.
Establishes credibility throughout the organization to be an effective influencer, listener and problem solver.
Minimum of 10 years progressive human resource experience working in a service based organization.
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven experience in all areas of Human Resources with a strong focus on organizational development, talent management and leadership development.
Strategic thinker who is also accustomed to working in a “hands on “ manner in order to accomplish multiple priorities.
Proactive in identifying solutions to business issues. Possess a responsive and strong sense of urgency
Outstanding business acumen with analytical/metrics capabilities
Effective in recruiting, developing and coaching direct reports
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels
