Central Vermont Medical Center, a partner in the University of Vermont Health Network, is searching for a physician with a strong commitment to quality and collaborative care for our Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 153 bed facility caring for long-term, short-term, memory care and rehabilitation. The facility is located on campus with Central Vermont Medical Center.
The Medical Director will be the lead clinician in charge of all aspects of medical patient care services. Working collaboratively with an exceptional team of Nurse Practitioners the Medical Director will monitor clinical performance to ensure medical services are in compliance with all applicable regulatory and licensing agencies. This position will also provide direct patient care and be the primary attending for a panel of patients.

The ideal candidate will be BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, at least 3 years of experience in primary care or hospitalist, be highly collaborative and able to lead teams.
