Overview: In the role of Assisted Living Manager, within the Health Services Department, this individual is responsible for the day to day operations of the assisted living neighborhoods while providing direct supervision to Assisted Living nurses and direct care associates.
Position Title: Director of Assisted Living
Overview: In the role of Director of Assisted Living, within the Health Services Department, this individual is responsible for the strategic oversight and coordination of care in all North Florida Retirement Village assisted living neighborhoods. The Director of Assisted Living supports the Assisted Living Manager to ensure all Village residents are provided the best care possible. It is the responsibility of this individual to assure compliance with all local, state, federal and accrediting body rules, regulations and standards.
Position Title: RN Wellness Manager
Overview: In the role of RN Wellness Manager within the Health Services Department, this individual is responsible for the oversight and daily operation of the community’s total health and wellness program. The RN Wellness Manager supports residents, families and caregivers in helping to ensure residents have the appropriate level of care and addressing issues/concerns as they arise. In addition, this individual will supervise all Wellness Nurses and Fitness Coordinators.
•Current and valid license in the State of Florida as an LPN or RN.
•Associate or Bachelor’s degree from accredited university/college in business, healthcare administration, or related healthcare related field preferred.
•Certification in Geriatric Case Management preferred.
•One to three years’ experience in a geriatric setting, i.e., skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, medical or non-medical home care, or geriatric acute care setting.
•One to three years’ management experience.
•Minimum of one year working with individuals living with progressive dementia-related conditions preferred.
Additional Salary Information: Based on experience.
