The Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine is seeking full-time candidates for an academic position as a Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor.
Candidates must possess the degree of MD or DO of an approved Family Medicine residency training program, be Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, be eligible for licensure in the State of California, have obstetrical experience, and have recent clinical practice, including outpatient clinic and inpatient ward service. Demonstrated community service and experience in and the ability to teach medical students, residents, and fellows is required. The qualified candidate is required to have the ability to work cooperatively and collegially within a diverse environment, with demonstrated experience mentoring women, minorities, students with disabilities, and other under-represented groups.
