Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Physical Therapist \(1\.0 FTE, Day shift\) in Pediatric Therapy Services at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA\.
The pediatric rehabilitation services therapist delivers and supervises others in the delivery of therapy services to children, birth to 18 years of age\. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, appropriate disciplines, and family centered, involving family, caregivers, and patient\. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts for physical therapists, and current accepted state of the art practice\.
In this position you will:
Evaluate and develop individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes\.
Implement treatment program\.
Reassess treatment results and discharging planning\.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited program of Physical Therapy\.
Washington state physical therapy license, interim permit, or temporary permit\.
Internship in an acute pediatric setting, or related experience\.
