CHI Franciscan Rehabilitation Hospital o pened the doors of this new 60-bed physical rehab hospital in May 2018 to serve patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. The hospital is an exciting joint venture partnership between CHI Franciscan Health and Kindred Healthcare.
As our hospital's Plant Operations Manager , you will hold a working leadership position with hands-on responsibilities for hospital engineering and maintenance functions which are essential to maintain the physical structure and all support systems. Systems include HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities, safety, oxygen and others. Additional responsibilities include supervision of environmental services (housekeeping), coordinating/managing the work of contractors, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and healthcare regulations for Life Safety and Environment of Care.

Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
Bachelors Degree in an engineering field or facilities management
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in managing plant operations
Minimum of 3 years of successful supervisory/team leadership experience
Knowledge of automated building systems and computerized maintenance systems desired

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
