Summary:
The Clinical Liaison can expect to spend 100% of their time in the field on assignments throughout the US. This position will require the candidate to travel to the required location on Monday morning and will expect to stay at this location throughout the week returning to their home base on Friday. This position is a full-time/salaried role.
As a Clinical Liaison, you will have the ability to use your clinical skills while working in a strategic business environment. Successful Clinical Liaisons will educate the community about the services provided by Kindred and will develop and maintain positive relationships with families, caregivers, medical professionals and the communities we serve. Through the building of long term relationships, the Liaison will facilitate the identification and assessment of medically appropriate patients for potential admission to the acute rehabilitation setting.
The Clinical Liaison shall have a current working knowledge of CMS rules and regulations for Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities. The successful candidate must be able to assess situations quickly, provide an analysis of systems, processes and market analysis to establish an action plan that drives volume and establishes a productive work environment. Must be able to quickly establish working relationships, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Demonstrates excellent patient assessment skills. Have a proven track record of driving volume. Support the Division volume initiatives and utilization of the volume tools.
