We are recruiting for a Contractor, Chef Consultant to join our Nutrition and Culinary Services department. Preference will be given to candidates in the Central or Eastern time zone. This position requires approximately 60% travel.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Foodservice operation expertise
Foodservice financial reporting duties
Recipe and menu development
Support product conversion initiatives in facilities.
Support menu implementation in facilities
Develop training curriculums
Support compliance regulations in facilities
Support facilities' efforts to achieve food costs and revenue targets
Degree from an accredited culinary program (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience with Healthcare foodservice (muti-units preferred)
