Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Greets and receives visitors and directs as appropriate.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 + years of customer service related experience.
The hours for this position will require weekday and weekend availability
6 hour shifts (2p-8p) on selected weekdays with rotations on weekend hours Saturday and Sunday(8a-5p), and holidays (8a-5p.)
