The Manager of Scheduling provides leadership for the Scheduling Department and all facets of scheduling functions. This includes the initiation and completion of operational plans that ensure quality while utilizing available resources efficiently.
Assures appropriate practices and methods are maintained according to departmental policies, and in compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies and professional associations.
Manages employee utilization, productivity, competence and morale.
Establishes and maintains quality control systems.
Manages all aspects of departmental fiscal operations.
Required: Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience. Preferred: BS in related field
Required: 2 years scheduling experience. At least one year previous experience in charge/supervisory or management position.
