We are recruiting for a Senior Director, Content Management and Business Analytics to join our Strategic Sourcing Team.

We are seeking a Senior Director of Content Management and Business Analytics with experience building a high-performing team; utilizing multiple tools, datasets and sources; and running advanced analytics (predictive, prescriptive, and cognitive) for a centrally-led supply chain function within a large, matrixed healthcare provider organization. Your role is to develop the people, processes, and technology that deliver accurate, timely, and relevant information as well as provide real-time insights that enable a dynamic business to make sound decisions.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, you will work with peers and cross-functional leaders to define key questions and prioritize projects and initiatives that will transform the business and deliver superior value. You will be experienced in managing project teams while working hands-on, where necessary, to create, evolve and present supply chain -related insights; assist in the research, development, and delivery of flexible solutions; and collaborate with various departments to thoroughly understand emerging business needs and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Competencies
As a Senior Supply Chain Leader, you will be responsible for:
Strategy Development. Lead the development of a cohesive department strategy that is aligned with Kindred Healthcare and Supply Chain strategies, design underlying processes and tactics, identify necessary tools to support the organization, and manage the implementation of the newly defined operating system. Effectively communicate the strategy in a manner that captures the hearts and minds of those from whom you need support in order to be successful.
People Leadership. Foster a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive workplace while providing leadership and ongoing performance management and talent development of a direct team with responsibilities that include: master data (content) management; business analytics and performance reporting; technology evaluation, selection, and implementation; and business process compliance management. Challenge strategic sourcing, supply chain, clinical, and operational colleagues to realize superior value though insights provided by the people, processes, and tools within your oversight.
Systems and Tools Management. Provide overall leadership of all procurement systems and tools including but not limited to; P2P, contract management, e-sourcing, and spend management. Evaluate and lead the selection process for appropriate tools in-line with business requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements and lead overall implementation. Manage systems through process definition and standardization, training, etc.
Content Management and Governance. Collaborate with strategic sourcing, supply chain, IT, clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders to develop master data governance guidelines, address data quality issues, and create reliable and sustainable processes for ongoing content management. Develop strategies to reduce and mitigate risks associated with supply chain process adherence. Identify and implement process control and data governance policies in conjunction with IT, internal audit, finance, and compliance to ensure strategy alignment.
Data Analytics and Reporting: Build, validate and prioritize an analytics pipeline that provides visibility to opportunities for value capture within sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, etc. and present findings born through diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics in a straight-forward and actionable manner. Identify key suppliers, monitor value creation targets, report supplier performance against those targets, and implement development and innovation programs with key suppliers. Solicit input and develop accurate business reporting of key performance indicators, measures, and targets. Ensure spend data accuracy through ongoing data validation, escalation, and remediation activities in accordance with the data governance process.
Strong business acumen with knowledge of data quality measurements, methodology and reporting tools; experience understanding and extracting data from large and complex data sets; and ability to convert complex data into easy-to-understand data insights and action plans.

Must possess strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of leadership; demonstrating a professional image.
Experience using data visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI, proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and p rocurement systems experience (i.e. Coupa, Zikas, SAP, Oracle, etc.) with preferred experience in e-sourcing solutions.
Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
Bachelor degree in Data and Informatics, Supply Chain Management, Business , or other related technical discipline or equivalent years of progressive experience.
Five or more years of analytics-related working experience with five or more years of experience leading a direct team of professionals.
Master's degree in Data and Informatics, Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent fields.
Depending on a candidate's qualifications, this position may be filled at a different level.
