The Information Security Analyst is responsible for risk analysis of suppliers to all of Conifer Health Solutions lines of business. risk , development, interpretation and communications related to information and system security policy, practices and assessment. Serves as an advisor to the Sr. Directory, Information Security and leader of Operations and Technology on information security policy and operational issues as it relates to suppliers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
Perform risk assessments to ensure effective controls to manage risk of vendor services, identity and access provisioning, and other information security processes
Conduct internal testing of IS operational and application controls for HIPAA, SOX, and PCI compliance.
Perform audit of vendor information security controls in accordance with HIPAA, PCI and contractual requirements.
Participate in audit finds remediation and process improves strategies and implementation.
Assist in development of information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines based on knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements.
Participate in the computer security incident response team efforts and other security investigations activities as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Bachelorï¿½s degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent in computer science, business administration, or equivalent discipline from an accredited college or university required.
2+ years of experience in IT/IS required.
2+ years of exposure to information security or information privacy/audit functions.
CISA, CISSP, or other relevant certification preferred
