The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for recruitment activities that include: assisting with managing sourcing plans, posting positions on job board, tracking sourcing cost to budget, running and analyzing recruitment reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
Responsible for reviewing new requests from hiring leaders, checking for accuracy, and creating pipeline requisitions in Taleo. Prepare Draft requistions for Taleo Posting/Assign appropriate Recruiters.
Provide general support and coordination of day to day activities or additional projects as necessary
Provide support where necessary on scheduling of interviews, booking conference rooms, updating organization charts & job descriptions, and corresponding with candidates as needed to confirm all schedules and details
Assists with company marketing and employment branding both online, through various social media channels and at local and regional events by identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with Universities, High Schools, military outplacement services and other relevant recruitment pipelines.
Manage Military Mailbox
Assist in Prescreening and scheduling interviews (high volume/entry level positions only)
Prepare weekly recruitment reports/metrics
Collect positions for Indeed and programmatic job postings
Coordinate candidate travel
Taleo Eblast / Texting for critical positions and campaigns
Research additional online recruitment strategies

Must be very flexible and adaptable
Strong attention to detail and high level of customer service are required for this role.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
High School Diploma or GED required.
