The Team Member Relations Specialist will primarily focus on the resolution of work related concerns ensuring Coniferï¿½s policies and procedures are consistently applied.This position will conduct investigations that vary in scope and complexity, provide recommendations and provide HR support for other general team member services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
Investigate all levels of team member concerns providing timely resolution in accordance to company standard.
Partners with business support HRBPs to provide sound counsel and facilitate prompt and effective resolution of team member concerns in accordance with Conifer policies and procedures.
Assist TM Relations team with research, documentation, follow-up and planning on more complex matters.
Respond to general team member questions and basic concerns, including evaluating and interpreting issues, determining the appropriate resolution and/or escalation; communicate updates as appropriate.
Provides support for subpoena and other documentation requests.
Other projects as assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or business; or equivalent relevant experience
3-5 years general HR Experience, preferably in a centralized environment
2+ years direct experience in conducting employee relations investigations that vary in scope and complexity
Experience in a multi-state, large company a plus
HR certification a plus
