As a District Director, Dialysis Services you will:
Be responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of dialysis services performed in multiple hospitals within an assigned District.
Provide strategic and tactical leadership to District Vice Presidents, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Clinical Officers on best practices and metrics for providing both outsourced and in-house dialysis services.
As a District Director, Dialysis Services you will have:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred, e.g. MSN, MHA, MBA or MPH.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license.
Specialty certifications such as Nephrology Nursing Certification (NNCC) preferred.
At least ten (10) years hospital program experience, including five (5) years of acute inpatient setting work.
Dialysis program experience a plus.
Five or more years of supervisory, project or program management experience.
Multi-facility system experience required.
