Oak Park Place provides a full continuum of care in a community committed to an active, satisfying lifestyle focused on wellness for all residents. We have 9 facilities located in Wisconsin, 1 in Iowa, 1 in Minnesota, and we are looking for a Vice President of Operations to help support these centers.
The duties of the Vice President of Operations includes: working in tandem with the Regional Director of Marketing and the Health Services Administrator to maximize the district facilities’ clinical and operational performance. The Vice President of Operations is instrumental in analyzing and identifying opportunities for clinical and operational improvement.
· Bachelor's Degree in related field
· Nursing Home Administrators License Preferred
· 5+ years supervisory experience in a Senior Living setting
· 5+ years’ experience in teaching and working with performance improvement
