Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant provides essential day-to-day support to the department/facility location, other executives and staff to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position also oversees office support activities as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to project a professional image

• Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Working knowledge of basic personal computer and software applications used in job functions (MS Suite

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred

• Previous AA or EA level experience preferred

• Typing proficiency minimum of 55 words per minute

• Ability to use the Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
