As an Expressive Therapist you will:
Be responsible for providing direct clinicalservices to child, adolescent, and adult patients utilizing art and otherexpressive therapies to address interpersonal issues that cause emotionaldistress.
These include art therapy, music therapy anddance/movement therapy and certifications allowing for therapeuticinterventions of specific group types.
Depending on certification other modalities suchas play therapy, EMDR and other trauma-informed interventions may be utilizedas clinical appropriate for the patient or population.
Planning and implementation of group sessions foreach population.
Planning and implementation of individualsessions.
Documentation of group sessions and individualsessions.
Completion of Activity Therapy assessments.
Planning and assisting with programming outsideof normal group hours for special events.
Maintaining and ordering appropriate materialsand supplies for interventions.

Qualifications
As an Expressive Therapist you will have:
Master’s Degree in Art, Music, Dance/MovementTherapy from an accredited school.
Certification or registry appropriate to thedisciple of study, such as the American Art Therapy Association (AATA).Â
Independent practice scope licensure as an LPC,LMFT or LCSW is desired.Â
