Atlantic Private Care, part of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a per diem Clinical Specialist to 8am - 4pm, including every other weekend at the Basking Ridge, NJ facility.
Provide Clinical support services to APCS clients and case managers .
Monitor the policies and procedures necessary to maintain the standards required by accrediting bodies and/or licensing agencies.
Communicate with clients and families , document same. Complete incident forms and follow / document staff/ client complaints and concerns .
Conduct in services .
Cover private duty nursing (PDN) cases, as necessary.
Support resource to field staff nurses visit as necessary.
Supervise CHHA team members complete annual evaluations .
Monitor CHHA performance conduct supervisions.
Conduct Quality assurance audits.
APCS outreach to community partners.
Conduct onboarding clinical skills assessments for CHHA and Nurses.
* Associates Degree in nursing required Bachelor's Degree preferred
* At least 2 years experience in a home health care setting ( with both certified and Private duty administrative experienced preferred ) or revenant clinical setting * Experience working with home health care standards and quality assurance / risk management. * One year acute care nursing * Good verbal and written communication skills required. * Good organizational and leadership skills required. * Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, EMR
