Summary:
The HRIS System Administrator is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing support of HR systems and applications. Interacts directly with leadership and system users to analyze and specify system requirements and workflows and make system recommendations. Assists with problem solving, testing, documentation and quality assurance of HR systems. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, work independently, exercise critical thinking skills and decisive judgement, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities is essential.
Responsibilities:
1.Develops an understanding of operational business processes to support opportunities for system improvement.
2.Develops test plans and participates in testing new applications and monthly system updates.
3.Develops and maintains interfaces between internal systems and with third-party vendors, including design recommendations, testing, implementation and documentation.
4.Responsible for maintaining system configurations in support of processes.
5.Responsible for monitoring and addressing system maintenance and data validation. May assist with data conversion.
6.Develops end-user documentation and system reference materials using accurate, clear and concise communication.
7.Coordinates and performs education and end-user training as necessary to assure systems are utilized as designed.
8.Maintains positive outlook and supports team environment.
9.Other duties as required.
Other information:
Technical Expertise
1.Preferred background in system configuration, analysis and design. Knowledge and/or experience with CloudSuite HCM including Global HR and Talent Management desirable.
2.Strong organizational, analysis, time-management and problem-solving skills required with an emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
3.Ability to independently manage projects, anticipate road-blocks, and engage appropriate resources to ensure timely delivery.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
Education and Experience
1.High school Diploma / equivalent plus 8 years' experience, or Associates Degree plus 4 years' experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years' experience.
