Job DescriptionFull Time day with rotating on call weekends.Inpatient Behavioral HealthDirects and supervises performance of nursing, patient care techs, social work, mental health therapy, administrative support and directs a major organization-wide work process. Responsible for oversight of operational and regulatory requirements for an acute psychiatric unit. Provides training and communicates information from higher management to employees.
